Hammer Mode

In colder regions where snow and ice buildup are common, gate movement can often be restricted due to frozen contact points or mechanical tension. Hammer Mode is designed specifically to address this issue by initiating a short reverse pulse just before the gate begins its normal opening cycle.

This brief backward motion helps to break any ice that may have formed between the gate and its resting surface, loosening the contact points and preventing strain on the motor or gate structure. Additionally, for installations that include an electric or mechanical gate lock, Hammer Mode slightly disengages the locking mechanism or loosens the gate joint. This ensures a smoother, more reliable start to the gate's movement, especially in harsh winter conditions.

By reducing the risk of gate stalling or motor overload, Hammer Mode increases system durability and ensures consistent operation in challenging environments.
